Do you charge shipping?
Yes, we apply shipping and handling charges as charged by our suppliers, which have increased and continue to increase at this time. The amount will be added at checkout. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges based on the size of your order and your location. Shipping to remote areas may have a surcharge. How quickly do you ship orders?
We process and ship most orders within 3-5 business days of receiving them. When products are backordered and not available within 3-5 days, we will contact you to let you know, or work with you to find suitable replacements.
Can you accommodate me if I need my order by a certain date?
If you need rush service, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you. In some cases there will be a rush order shipping charge.
